If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel, please be advised we only offer free NHS vaccines for:
- Combined Diphtheria/Tetanus/Polio
- Typhoid
- Hepatitis A
You must be registered at the surgery. You will need to complete a Travel Vaccination request form which can be obtained from our reception. A form Is required per person travelling, this includes children under 18. A Travel Vaccine Form should be completed 6 weeks before travel.
If you have booked a last-minute trip, we will be unable to offer this service.Please submit your travel vaccination form at least 6 weeks prior to departure to ensure adequate time is available to complete the course of vaccines required.
Once your form has been received you will be given an appointment with our Advanced Nurse Practitioner, please note any more than 2 members of family will require a longer appointment so please ensure the reception team are aware.
